Article 1: Applicability

These general conditions apply to all agreements established between Boutique Hotel Sies and its guests.

Article 2: Reservations

Reservations can be made by phone, email or through the hotel’s website. A reservation is not final until a confirmation is received from the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the guest does not comply with the payment terms or in case of force majeure.

Article 3: Prices

Prices on the hotel’s website include VAT. The hotel reserves the right to change prices. The guest will owe the price indicated on the reservation confirmation.

Article 4: Payment

The guest must pay the room rate upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel accepts cash, credit and debit cards.

Article 5: Cancellation

Cancellations must be forwarded to the hotel in writing by email or mail.

If cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled within 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the room rate will be charged.

Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the room rate.

Article 6: Arrival and departure

Guests can check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, guests must leave the room no later than 11 a.m.

Article 7: Liability

The hotel is not liable for damage to or loss of guest’s property.

The guest is liable for damages caused by him or her to the hotel.

Article 8: Disputes.

All disputes arising from these general conditions will be settled by the competent court in the district where the hotel is located.

Article 9: Other provisions

These general terms and conditions are drawn up in Dutch and English.

In case of inconsistency between the Dutch and English versions, the Dutch version shall prevail.
